We are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator.
What you will do in the position:
- Generation of Invoices and Credit Memos
- Processes high-volume daily invoice generation
- Ensures all invoicing generated is sent daily via email or mail
- Processes all printed invoices/statements through folding machine and postage machine.
- Generates manual credit/debit memos upon request.
- General Support
- Replies to high-volume of emails from customers for invoicing/account concerns
- Converts customer account to paperless invoicing
- Manages updating customer address and contact information
- Assists other employees, as needed.
- Maintains the department machines with service technicians.
- Orders office supplies as needed.
- Cross-trains department employees on the invoicing process.
- Maintains invoicing work instructions to ensure they reflect current processing methods.
What you will need to succeed:
- Basic PC knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Basic keyboarding skills.
- Basic ability of 10-key data entry

The posted pay range, $18 - $23.32 per hour, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
