This role is a key member of a global finance organization focused on transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will play a central role in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a fast-growing SaaS environment. The position involves partnering closely with cross-functional teams to interpret business performance across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Operations. You will help build scalable FP&A processes that improve visibility into key business drivers and support executive-level decisions. - Prepare and deliver recurring monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership and stakeholders
- Perform in-depth financial analysis across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and profitability metrics
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, including scenario modeling and variance analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and improve forecasting accuracy and reporting quality
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decision-making
- Contribute to the monthly close process and ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
- Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and frameworks to improve visibility into business performance
- Support executive and board-level reporting materials with high-quality financial analysis and insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with exposure to senior leadership preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus
