Our ReggioABA™ model combines the science of ABA with a child-led, play-based environment designed specifically for young children. Our clinics include outdoor therapy and play areas, expansive spaces, community-based learning opportunities, and regular experiences that bring learning to life.

🧠 What You'll Do

As a BCBA, you'll serve as a primary clinical leader for your clients and be responsible for:

Clinical LeadershipConduct comprehensive skills assessments and FBAsDevelop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and BIPsMonitor progress and make clinically appropriate treatment adjustmentsEnsure treatment is implemented with fidelityMaintain ethical and clinical standards in accordance with BACB requirementsSupervision & MentorshipProvide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ABA Implementers, and practicum studentsProvide ongoing feedback and professional developmentSupport staff in implementing individualized treatment plansFamily & Team CollaborationBuild strong partnerships with families and caregiversParticipate in regular caregiver collaborationCollaborate daily with BCBAs and in-house SLPsProvide staff training on clinical protocols and behavior plansGrowth & Innovation

We're looking for a BCBA who:

Holds an active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBHolds or is eligible for Missouri LBA licensureHas a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldHas experience working with children and familiesIs organized, collaborative, and clinically drivenValues mentorship and continuous learningBelieves in compassionate, child-centered careWants to be hands-on with clients—not behind a laptop all day🐢 If you believe therapy should include play, connection, curiosity, and fun—we'd love to meet you.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

$75,000–$100,000 Salary

Commensurate with experience
