We're hiring an EEC Certified Teacher for our new Toddler/Preschool Transitional Classroom at our Beverly location. If you're an experienced toddler teacher, preschool teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 2–3.5 year age group, we'd love to meet you.
This exciting, high-energy role focuses on the development and education of children as they transition from toddlerhood into preschool. We're looking for a creative, positive, engaging team player who wants to have fun and work hard alongside like-minded educators.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:- EEC Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher Certification or CDA (required)
- Daycare experience in a center-based, private, or public school setting
- An energetic approach to learning and a positive attitude
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong team-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the school's operating hours, including opening and closing shifts
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with children, stand for up to 90% of the workday, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attentiveness, strong time management, and strong collaboration skills
- Collaborate with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials
- Support social-emotional growth and early learning through play-based, age-appropriate activities
- Keep parents informed and build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime
- Track children's progress and complete required assessments
- Maintain your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry
- Help children build independence, language, and confidence as they transition toward preschool
