  • Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
As a Floating Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Stepping in to support infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed, maintaining consistent quality of care
  • Following each classroom's existing routines, lesson plans, and schedules to provide continuity for children and lead teachers

  • Helping maintain cleanliness throughout the school, including classrooms, common areas, and shared spaces
  • Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families across classrooms
  • Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry
  • Helping children build independence, language, and confidence, appropriate to their age and developmental stage
