The General Laborer is responsible for assisting with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, loading, unloading, and palletizing materials used in swimming pool construction. Materials include rebar, cement, plumbing supplies, pool equipment, and other construction materials necessary for building and installing swimming pools.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, physically capable of handling heavy materials, and able to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Palletize, stack, and organize rebar, cement bags, and other pool construction materials.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials from delivery trucks.
• Prepare and secure pallets for customer orders and deliveries.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and yard using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment when properly trained and authorized.
• Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
• Pick and prepare materials for customer orders and job-site deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and storage yard.
• Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.
• Handle plumbing supplies, PVC pipe, fittings, pool equipment, tools, and other materials used in swimming pool construction.
• Help secure and wrap pallets to prevent damage during transportation.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.

This position involves working in a warehouse and outdoor storage yard. Employees will handle heavy construction materials, including rebar, cement, PVC plumbing supplies, pool equipment, and other products used in swimming pool construction.

Position Type: Full-Time
Experience: Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, including cement bags and construction supplies.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Ability to safely handle construction materials and warehouse equipment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check covering the previous 5–7 years.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about pool construction materials and warehouse operations.
