Description:

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and execute social media strategies, content, campaigns, and analytics activities that increase awareness, engagement, and stakeholder participation across organizational digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, publish, and manage social media content.

• Create platform-specific content highlighting organizational priorities, events, mission outcomes, and workforce achievements.

• Adapt articles, reports, videos, and announcements into engaging social media products.

• Lead LinkedIn content strategy and professional engagement activities.

• Develop campaign calendars, publishing schedules, and audience engagement plans.

• Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, and emerging trends.

• Coordinate social media support for conferences, demonstrations, and outreach events.

• Collect, analyze, and report social media performance metrics.

• Utilize tools such as Sprout Social, LinkedIn Analytics, and related reporting platforms.

• Provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience, or 10 years of experience.

• Experience managing social media communications and campaigns.

• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and professional audiences.

• Experience collecting and interpreting engagement metrics.

• Strong writing, editing, and content adaptation skills.
