Accountabilities:

  • Drive specification preference by influencing project design decisions and positioning advanced electrical infrastructure solutions early in the sales cycle.
  • Provide technical pre-sales support including drawing reviews, specification analysis, and consultative guidance for complex electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, consulting engineers, and internal teams to support design-build opportunities and project execution strategies.
  • Deliver technical training sessions, product seminars, and capability-building workshops for contractors, consultants, and sales partners.
  • Support forecasting, project pipeline development, and coordination with regional sales and application engineering teams.
  • Provide voice-of-customer insights to product teams to support continuous improvement and future solution development.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key national accounts to drive sustained business growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in electrical sales, electrical engineering, or technical account management within infrastructure or industrial markets.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems and related infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience working with contractors, consultants, and/or large-scale end users in commercial, industrial, or data center environments.
  • Proven ability to influence technical specifications and drive commercial outcomes through consultative selling.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and coordinate across distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical challenges into practical solutions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive total compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer support.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements where applicable.
  • Professional development opportunities including technical training and leadership development.
  • Travel-related allowances and support for field-based responsibilities.
  • Inclusive workplace with equal opportunity employment practices and strong employee support programs.
  • Additional wellness, financial, and family support benefits depending on eligibility.
