This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, organizational transformation, and client enablement, focused on helping enterprise organizations successfully adopt and operationalize AI in their day-to-day workflows. You will work directly with business leaders, end users, and technical teams to translate AI capabilities into real, measurable business impact. The position is highly client-facing and centers on driving adoption through training, workshops, and structured enablement programs. You will play a key role in building confidence and fluency with AI tools, ensuring they are effectively integrated into business processes. Operating within regulated industries such as financial services and insurance, you will also help organizations adopt AI responsibly and in alignment with governance and compliance standards. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in consulting environments and enjoys helping people embrace new ways of working powered by AI.
- Lead end-to-end AI enablement and adoption programs that drive awareness, usage, and long-term integration of AI tools within client organizations.
- Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a trusted AI advocate, building confidence, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for AI adoption across business processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, consulting, and delivery teams to translate technical AI capabilities into practical, business-focused use cases.
- Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and learning materials to reduce barriers and accelerate user engagement.
- Define and track key adoption metrics, user engagement indicators, and business outcomes to measure program success and impact.
- Support clients in regulated industries by ensuring AI adoption aligns with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements.
- 5–10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, change management, or organizational transformation roles.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience engaging executives and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of new technologies, digital tools, or AI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and strong understanding of AI-driven business transformation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
- Experience working in consulting or fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments is highly valued.
- Certifications such as Prosci, ACMP, or instructional design credentials are a plus.
