Job Description

• Collaborate with:
  • Component teams, requirements owners and contractors.
• Collaboration includes operational requirements translation into:
  • Software requirements, designs, implementations, developmental planning artifacts.
• Support efforts of execution platforms including:
  • Cloud, multi-cloud, system of systems, commercial/government software applications.
• Design, implement, document DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines in respects to:
  • Training, testing, automation, troubleshooting.
• Review and assess developmental contractor software code to ensure compliance.
• Participates in government oversight of contractor software development activities.
• Be a supporting team member in an agile development environment.
  • (e.g., scrums, sprint retrospectives),
• Develop software acceptance criteria and generate recommendations.
• Support the client in the following domains to accomplish the overall goals:
  • Development planning and development/test automation tools.
  • Requirements prioritization, test, evaluation, cross-system integration.
  • Fielding/delivery, and post-delivery support of software-based systems.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of direct experience with software development.
• 3 years in cyber or C4ISR systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience with Cloud Solution Management (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google, Terraform).
• Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git).
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Experience with Unix-based (e.g. RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.) and Windows Operating Systems.
• Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces.
• Experience with Ansible Playbooks.
• Experience with Zero-Trust Architecture and Secure Coding Practices.
• Experience with Python and/or Java development.
• Familiarity with DoD 5000 acquisition lifecycle processes.
• Ability to generate and deliver focused briefings on complex topics to senior leaders.
• Proven experience leading teams and participating in government oversight of a vendor.
• Ability to work on, and/or lead, multi-functional/multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to generate focused technical documentation on complex topics
• Must be able to work in a team environment and execute tasks on-quality and on-time.
• 25% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
• Bachelors Degree or four additional years of direct experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
