Recovia, LLC is seeking a BILINGUAL CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR for our Clinic Hub in Midtown Phoenix.

1. This is NOT a remote position.

2. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

3. Must have experience working in a Medical Clinic Office as part of the backoffice staff, i.e. Receptionist, Insurance Verification, Medical Administration, etc.

4. Hours are M-F, from 9:30am - 6:30pm.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Client Care Coordinator for outpatient services who will serve as a vital link between patients and our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with a strong background in medical administrative support. This role involves coordinating patient care, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compassion.

  • Proven experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting, preferably within outpatient.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medical administrative procedures.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations.
  • Experience with medical office software, electronic health records, and scheduling systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and team members.
