Carlson Distributing, Utah's largest beer distributor, is looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in the Ogden area. In this role, you'll work primarily with convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and other small format retail accounts while representing some of the industry's most recognized beverage brands.

What You'll DoAs a Sales Representative, you'll serve as the primary business partner for customers throughout your territory while identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve account performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Growing sales through new item distribution, promotional execution, and expanded product placement
- Identifying opportunities to increase volume, gain additional shelf space, secure displays, and grow market share
- Introducing new products and sales programs to customers
- Managing customer orders and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
- Monitoring account performance and recommending solutions that drive growth
- Ensuring merchandising standards and displays are executed effectively
- Managing your territory, schedule, and priorities with a high level of ownership and accountability
Carlson Distributing believes in paying competitively for the right candidate. Starting daily pay is $170-$190.
Monthly Performance BonusThis position offers a monthly performance bonus with a target payout of $1,150, providing meaningful additional earning potential tied directly to performance.
Top performers earn significantly above base pay through monthly bonus opportunities throughout the year.
Additional benefits include:

- Start time approximately 7:00 AM

Qualifications include:
- Sales, account management, customer service, merchandising, or relationship-building experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence decisions and build trust with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and business awareness
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, including merchandising displays and handling beverage products as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
A college degree is not required. We value work ethic, professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
