We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.
Essential Duties:
- Schedule production to meet established lead times.
- Knowledge of what and when to prioritize.
- Eliminate back orders.
- Prepare the truck paperwork.
- Set up the trailers to ensure the proper product is going into the correct trailer.
- Pre-pull all necessary products for each truck.
- Ensure all sections get pre-counted and recorded for location.
- Communicate with Department Heads and Plant Manager on timelines.
- Knowledge of how to load trailers based on customer and order to avoid damage to product.
- Knowledge of all products.
- Communication with office personnel when paperwork is complete.
- Ensure post paperwork is complete and handed off to designated recipients.
- Complete final checks of trucks to ensure no mistakes.
- Interaction with office members and production teams as needed.
- Schedule production to meet established lead times

- Review, praise, or discipline, and terminate employees properly and as needed.
- Ensure all areas and personnel are compliant with our safety and company policies.
- Keep overtime hours to a minimum.
- Approve timecards for team members and approve time off requests based on workload.
- Ability to delegate tasks to team members.
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Always strives for improvement.
Equipment/Software used:
- Safety Glasses and Gloves
- ANSI approved work boots or shoes
- Forklift
- Pallet Jack
- Hand and Pneumatic Bander
- Chop Saw
High School diploma or GED required. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred and 1 year of people leading experience.
