EEC Solutions is looking for a Mobility Specialist - Transportation Specialist for HQ USARCENT.

Summary of Responsibilities:
The M&ST Training and Development Specialist designs, develops, and delivers leadership and supervisory training for Department of the Air Force civilian supervisors and managers. This role requires a confident stand‑up instructor who can teach in both in‑person and online environments, assess supervisory skill gaps, build training that improves performance, and evaluate program effectiveness using the ADDIE model.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver M&ST courses, workshops, micro‑learnings, and other assigned learning activities.
Facilitate in‑person training sessions, workshops, and group presentations with strong participant engagement.
Deliver synchronous and asynchronous online instruction using Microsoft Teams, Canvas, and Air Force e‑Learning platforms.
Assess supervisory skill gaps and create training that improves student performance.
Conduct needs assessments, design learning events, and evaluate program effectiveness using the ADDIE model.
Grade coursework, provide feedback and remediation, and respond to student inquiries within one business day.
Maintain lesson plans and presentations and keep content current with Air Force civilian personnel and supervisory policy.
Complete the Academic Instructor Course (or equivalent) before assuming instructional duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree OR qualifying equivalency:
– Associate’s degree plus four years of relevant experience
– High School Diploma or GED plus five years of relevant experience
Concentration in Education, Leadership, Management, HR, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Behavior is highly desired.

Required Experience:
At least one year of online instruction experience at the undergraduate level or military equivalent using an LMS such as Canvas or Microsoft Teams.
At least two years of supervisory, leadership, or management teaching experience.
Proficiency in stand‑up instruction, including workshops and group presentations.

Required Certifications / Licenses
Completion of the Academic Instructor Course (or equivalent) prior to assuming instructional duties.

Special Requirements
Must obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) with fingerprint check and Tier 1 background investigation.
Must have a REAL ID‑compliant credential for base access.
U.S. citizenship required.
On‑site at Maxwell–Gunter Annex; relocation to the Montgomery, AL commuting area required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Federal or Department of the Air Force supervisory experience.
Prior Air Force instructor duty.
ATD CPTD/APTD or similar talent‑development credential.
Experience with Skillsoft Percipio, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Conditions
Full‑time schedule, approximately 0730–1630 Monday–Friday, with adjustments for student time zones.
On‑site at Maxwell–Gunter Annex; resident courses may occur on base or in the local area.
Situational telework may be permitted as determined by the Government.
Mandatory annual Cyber Awareness, Force Protection, DoD CUI, Privacy Act, and installation‑specific training.
