# Project Manager - Industrial Equipment / Fabrication **Honey Brook, PA** **$90,000–$120,000 per year** **Full-Time | On-Site** Achilles is recruiting an experienced **Project Manager / Project Engineer** for a manufacturer of custom industrial equipment and fabricated systems in Honey Brook, PA. This role is a strong fit for someone who has managed technically complex manufacturing projects and is comfortable working directly with engineering, production, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. You will own projects from kickoff through completion, helping translate customer specifications into executable manufacturing plans while keeping schedules, cost, quality, and customer communication on track. ## What Youll Do - Manage technically specified industrial equipment and fabrication projects from kickoff through completion - Review customer specifications, drawings, contracts, and project requirements - Coordinate engineering, purchasing, production, quality, suppliers, subcontractors, and other internal teams - Build and manage project schedules and identify critical-path risks - Track project costs and financial performance - Develop recovery and risk-mitigation plans when projects move off schedule - Lead project kickoff meetings and communicate deliverables across teams - Provide customers with clear updates on project status, schedule, and technical requirements - Support estimating by reviewing specifications, identifying cost and lead-time drivers, and coordinating accurate project estimates - Work with sales and technical teams to develop proposals for new projects ## What Were Looking For - 3+ years of experience working with industrial equipment, custom manufacturing, heavy fabrication, or a similar technical manufacturing environment - Experience managing projects within a manufacturing operation - Strong ability to read technical drawings and detailed customer specifications - Experience coordinating schedules, priorities, and multiple project stakeholders - Strong customer communication and organizational skills - Ability to understand the financial side of projects, including estimating, costs, and margins Experience with ASME or AWS codes, welding/fabrication, NDE, GD&T, ERP systems, CAD, or Microsoft Project is valuable. An associate or bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field is preferred but not required for someone with strong relevant industry experience. This is an on-site position in Honey Brook, PA.
