We are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuringalignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Support change management initiatives and business transformation.
- Support leadership development and employee growth programs.
- Drive performance management processes and coaching for managers.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Investigate, document and resolve employee problems.
- Ensure a positive work environment and strong employee engagement.
- Promote company culture and values.
- Provide regular HR insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Implement HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Advise managers on HR best practices.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with the leadership team.
- Work with operations to onboard new hires.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree in business, human resources, or related field.
2+ years experience in a non-exempt human resources role.

Working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office applications.
Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources management, or related field. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
5+ years employee professional experience in an HR role.
