- Make outbound calls to gather information and move cases forward
- Research and verify contact information for involved parties
- Support early case work, including drafting and sending letters of representation
- Communicate with insurance carriers to open claims and collect details
- Request, track, and organize case documents (police reports, statements, etc.)
- Follow up with third parties to ensure timely receipt of records
