Position: Mobile Phlebotomist
Location: Shepeard Community Blood Center
Serving the Dublin, Georgia area, including Laurens and Twiggs Counties

What You'll Do
- Prepare for Success - Set up donor blood bags, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient blood drives.
- Collect Life-Saving Donations - Perform donor screenings, mini-physical assessments, and venipuncture procedures with confidence and care.
- Support Donors - Provide excellent care before, during, and after donation, including refreshments and assistance when needed.
- Create a Positive Experience - Build strong relationships with donors, community partners, recruiters, and fellow team members.
What We're Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Completion of an approved phlebotomy course and clinical experience required
- Previous medical field experience is preferred
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and clerical proficiency
- Ability to remain professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds
Preferred Certifications
- Phlebotomy Certification
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
