What You’ll DoAs a key member of our litigation team, you will:
- Support attorneys through all stages of federal civil litigation across New York’s federal courts
- Draft, proof, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct factual and legal research using PACER, CM/ECF, and similar platforms
- Organize and manage case files, document productions, and discovery tracking
- Maintain accurate calendars and monitor dockets to ensure compliance with court deadlines
- Assist in preparing exhibits, deposition binders, and trial materials
- Liaise professionally with clients, court staff, vendors, and co-counsel
- Ensure adherence to local, federal, and procedural rules
- Provide ongoing litigation support for matters involving consumer financial services and creditors’ rights
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in New York litigation
- Strong command of federal court procedures and e-filing systems (ECF/PACER)
- Experience supporting consumer financial services or creditors’ rights litigation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal research databases, and document management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate required
Preferred:
- Familiarity with bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings

The pay range for this role is:
