Job Description

Night Shift Dish Room:

Wed-Sun 1:00om-9:30 pm, Mon & Tues OFF

Sun-Wed 1:00pm-9:30pm, Thur & Fri OFF, Saturday 1:00 pm- 9:30pm

Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Operations, Food Service Worker-Utility is responsible for a variety of tasks in relation to monitoring and maintaining dishware washing needs, dish room, and pots and pans area.

Required Qualifications:

Ability to function in a high stress environment

Ability to follow instructions

Ability to lift 40 pounds

Ability to continuously stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift

Additional Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain dishware washing needs, dish room, and pots and pans area during each shift

Complete and return all appropriate temp or sanitation logs to manager at the end of each shift Clean all work areas 15 minutes prior to end of shift to allow manager or lead cook/crew leader to double check work areas

Inform management of damaged and unsafe equipment to be repaired or replaced

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

Maintain clean prep areas, coolers, shelves, and floors in all work areas

Consistently provide high standards of cleanliness and sanitation

Assist with detailed sanitation in dining areas when necessary

Work catering as deemed necessary for operational needs Other cleaning and utility related tasks may be assigned

Summary Pay Range: Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance, and experience. Please note that pay is only one component of total compensation.
