Beck's Chillicothe is looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily food service operations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on preparing high-quality food, leading and developing team members, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering a fast, friendly, and convenient experience for every customer.

• Lead the daily operations of the kitchen and food service program
• Prepare food and work alongside the kitchen team during busy shifts
• Train, coach, and support kitchen team members
• Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and product rotation
• Assist with scheduling and staffing needs for the kitchen
• Complete kitchen paperwork, temperature logs, and other required documentation
• Work with store leadership to provide an outstanding customer experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Team oriented with a lead by example mindset
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous food service, restaurant, or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
• Food safety certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification if required
