Job Description
RN Pain Management Clinic
SUMMARY: SUMMARY:Working with the department director/Supervisor nurse, Anesthesiologist, radiology technologists, admitting staff, schedulers and secretaries to provide comprehensive care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.Provides procedural sedation for Pain Management procedures. Implements and maintains QI processes, performs duties that enable the Pain Management department to operate efficiently.
EXPERIENCE:ACLS obtained within the first 6 months. 2 years medical/surgical experience, one year pain management preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
