Join our 50-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and make a lasting impact as patients regain their independence and prepare to return home. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, therapists, case managers, and PCTs while developing advanced clinical skills caring for a diverse patient population. Whether you're an experienced RN or a new graduate, you'll receive exceptional support through a comprehensive 10–12-week orientation and guidance from a dedicated unit educator, setting you up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Applicants for this department should be comfortable working in a dynamic nursing environment to provide care to patients at all stages of life.
- Independently plans and provides excellent professional nursing care for patients in accordance with physician orders, established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, American Nurses Association Standards of Clinical Practice, Indiana Nurses Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- Requires a Diploma in nursing or an ASN/BSN
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license required. CPR certification.
