You will be responsible for managing and delivering technology-focused projects while ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous process improvement.

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of internal and external technology projects from initiation through delivery
• Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage customer communication, expectations, feedback collection, and reporting throughout project delivery
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and status reports
• Ensure quality control, task prioritization, deadline management, and successful delivery outcomes
• Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for process optimization and operational improvements
• Develop presentations and reporting materials for leadership and project stakeholders

You are an experienced project management professional with a strong background in technology-driven environments and excellent organizational capabilities.

• 5–8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects
• Experience within fintech, payments, blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related industries
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and delivery frameworks
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency
• Ability to work effectively in remote and cross-functional international teams
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• PMI certification or similar project management certifications are considered a plus
