This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and data-driven marketing operations leader to shape the future of revenue intelligence in a high-growth, AI-focused environment. In this role, you will partner closely with senior marketing leadership to drive operational excellence, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize pipeline generation across multiple regions and channels. You’ll play a critical role in aligning marketing investments with measurable business outcomes while contributing to the development of AI-enabled workflows and decision-making systems. The position combines analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level influence in a fast-paced SaaS ecosystem. Ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, leveraging advanced analytics, and translating complex data into actionable insights, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact on global go-to-market performance. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams across sales, analytics, operations, and marketing to support strategic growth initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic operations advisor to senior field marketing leadership, supporting planning, forecasting, budget optimization, and operational execution across the AMER region.
  • Lead marketing performance measurement initiatives, including pipeline reporting, campaign ROI analysis, funnel health monitoring, KPI forecasting, and executive-ready reporting materials.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered marketing and revenue intelligence solutions that improve personalization, budget allocation, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Drive operational process improvements by identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting scalable marketing operations across regions while maintaining local flexibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Data Science, Analytics, and Channel Marketing to ensure alignment on attribution, reporting standards, and GTM processes.
  • Own annual planning cycles and pipeline target modeling, aligning marketing investments, capacity planning, and revenue objectives across channels and segments.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with strong English communication skills.
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or related functions within SaaS or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of AMER market dynamics, including experience supporting teams across the United States, Canada, and LATAM regions.
  • Proven expertise in marketing analytics, pipeline modeling, attribution frameworks, ROI measurement, and executive-level data storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience building or scaling AI agents, automation systems, or AI-enhanced workflows within marketing or operations functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Marketo Measure, and BI tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across global teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, evolving business environments while balancing strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.com, Confluence, or GTM engineering platforms is considered a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonus opportunities and transparent salary structures based on geographic location and experience.
  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus additional company-wide wellness and volunteer days annually.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of employment.
  • Paid parental leave, including enhanced leave for birthing parents.
  • Mental health resources, therapy support, wellness programs, and employee assistance services.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy assistance programs.
  • Access to professional development resources including online learning platforms, mentoring programs, workshops, and company learning events.
  • Additional benefits including legal assistance, identity protection, healthcare spending accounts, commuter support, and virtual veterinary care services.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States, with opportunities to collaborate globally across innovative teams.
