St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | $22.00$25.00 per hour

Monarch Investment and Management Group is one of the top multifamily owner-operators in the country. We're looking for acareer-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at The District Apartments, a 428-unit property in St. Louis, MO.

What Youll Do
    • Completework ordersbased on priority
    • Make-readyunits for new residents
    • Interior/exteriorpaintingandlight carpentry
    • Assist withHVAC,plumbing, andelectricalrepairs
    • Maintaingroundsand property cleanliness
    • Conductpreventative maintenance
    • Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
    • Rotateon-call responsibilitieswith team (on-call bonus eligible)
What Youll Need
    • 1+ yearsof general maintenance experience
    • HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
    • Experience with:
      • Plumbing(e.g., sweating copper pipes)
      • Electrical(outlets, switches, light fixtures)
      • Appliance repair(refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
      • Water heaters(gas & electric)
      • Drywall repair and painting
A hands-on demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview.
