Requirements
  • Significant Client Services experience within a medical communications agency, with substantial experience managing scientific publications accounts.
  • Proven experience overseeing complex publication programs and a strong understanding of publication planning, scientific communications, and compliant delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted relationships with pharmaceutical clients and provide proactive, commercially aware, solutions-oriented guidance.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasting, profitability, reconciliation, invoicing, and overall account performance.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing Client Services professionals while collaborating effectively with Scientific Services and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project and operational management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strategic and commercially minded approach, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and generate organic account growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality, scientifically valuable communications in a client-focused environment.
Benefits
  • Compensation: $110,000–$145,000 USD base salary, depending on experience, skills, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
  • Health coverage to support your overall wellbeing.
  • 401(k) matching to support long-term financial planning.
