About Gaming Arts
Gaming Arts, LLC is a gaming technology company in a period of focused growth and reinvention. We design and deliver casino entertainment solutions across the U.S. and Canada, building on a strong foundation in bingo and keno while actively expanding our portfolio of video slot machines and electronic table games.
We’re investing in our future by strengthening our platforms, modernizing our infrastructure, and building the teams that will take our products forward. This is a moment of momentum at Gaming Arts: new ideas, new systems, and a renewed commitment to quality, performance, and collaboration. This is a pivotal time to join a company that’s building forward with intention.
About the Role
The Field Service Technician serves as a critical connection between Gaming Arts and our customers in the field. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and ongoing support of Gaming Arts products at casinos and gaming properties.
You’ll work directly with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to make sure our products are installed correctly, operating reliably, and supported with the level of service our customers expect. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being where the action is.
What You’ll Do
• Install, modify, upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Gaming Arts products.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions on-site and through phone or email support.
• Perform installation and acceptance testing to ensure equipment is operating properly and ready for customer use.
• Respond to customer service needs, investigate issues, and help resolve equipment or performance concerns.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, maintenance, service activity, and equipment history.
• Maintain tools, equipment, parts, and supplies necessary to perform field service work effectively.
• Stay current on Gaming Arts products, technical standards, procedures, and documentation.
What Success Looks Like
• Gaming Arts products are installed correctly, on time, and ready to perform.
• Technical issues are diagnosed accurately and resolved efficiently, minimizing customer downtime.
• Customers have confidence in both our products and the service they receive from Gaming Arts.
• Service calls, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance are documented accurately and completed to company standards.
• You manage your territory, travel, equipment, and priorities with a high degree of ownership and reliability.
• You work effectively with customers and internal teams to identify issues early and keep installations and service activity moving forward.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1- 3 years of related technical experience
• Basic computer, electronic, or equipment repair and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving ability with a willingness to learn Gaming Arts products and systems.
• Ability to work independently in the field while communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including driving, air travel, overnight stays, and multi-day trips.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on customer, installation, and service needs.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to successfully complete required pre-employment screening.
Nice to Have
• Previous slot machine, electronic gaming machine, or casino equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Experience working in casino operations, gaming technology, field service, or another regulated environment.
• Experience supporting customers in a field-based technical service role.
• Familiarity with electronic gaming equipment installations, conversions, preventative maintenance, or troubleshooting.
