Job Description

Help patients move, heal, and thrive — right in their own homes.

We're looking for a compassionate PTA to deliver hands-on rehab care under a licensed Physical Therapist's direction, helping patients rebuild strength, mobility, and independence.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out treatment plans set by the supervising PT
  • Track patient progress and report back to the care team
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
  • Submit clinical documentation on time, every time

What You'll Need
