The Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market positioning and strategy for a growing expert call services offering. This role is central to differentiating the service in a competitive expert network landscape and strengthening its value to customers. You will develop compelling messaging, campaigns, and enablement resources that drive awareness, adoption, cross-sell, and expansion. Working closely with product, revenue, marketing, enablement, and business teams, you will help bring new opportunities and programs to market. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using customer insights and performance data to continuously improve go-to-market strategies. - Own the development of differentiated positioning, messaging, frameworks, and supporting materials that clearly communicate the value of the expert call services offering to target buyers.
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer feedback and insights to influence messaging, product direction, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
- Develop and execute campaigns that increase awareness, support call volume and velocity goals, and drive customer cross-sell and expansion opportunities.
- Partner closely with marketing and revenue teams to bring go-to-market initiatives to life from planning through execution and measurement.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand roadmap developments, translate product capabilities into customer value, and support strategic initiatives.
- Work with the business team to evaluate emerging go-to-market opportunities and adapt marketing strategies as the offering evolves.
- Equip customer-facing teams with the messaging, resources, and insights needed to effectively communicate and sell the offering.
- Track and interpret revenue, pipeline, adoption, and other key business metrics, using performance insights to recommend improvements to go-to-market strategies.
- Bring 3–5 years of product marketing experience, ideally gained within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently own messaging, campaigns, launches, and other go-to-market initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Have strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to build effective relationships across marketing, enablement, product, revenue, and business teams.
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to identify differentiators and translate market and customer insights into clear, compelling positioning.
- Bring a customer-centric approach and experience using customer feedback and market intelligence to shape messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market recommendations.
- Have experience owning or significantly contributing to product launches, including planning, execution, and performance measurement.
- Possess working knowledge of growth tactics and product-led growth strategies, with the ability to apply them to customer acquisition, adoption, and expansion.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts into persuasive customer-facing messaging.
- Have strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights that improve go-to-market performance.
- Experience in financial services or expert networks is advantageous, along with general familiarity with financial content and industry research.
- Bring curiosity, strong execution skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- The base compensation range is $107,000–$133,000 USD, with final offers determined by factors including experience and expertise.
- The total compensation package may include a performance-based bonus and equity.
