About the role

• We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to help us deliver an exceptional resident experience from day one. This is your opportunity to join a great team, take part in punch walks, elevate our customer service, and be part of something special as we open our doors to new residents.

What you'll do

• Complete punch walks and make-ready work to perfection ️
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests
• Handle repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Maintain the property’s exterior, amenities, and shared spaces
• Communicate clearly with residents and team members
• Take part in the on-call rotation
• Take pride in every home, hallway, and detail

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or related fields preferred
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable transportation and willingness to respond to after-hours needs
• A positive, team-first attitude and commitment to excellent service
