This isn't a retail or street-team role — it's an in-office position where you'll be the face of our New York presence, running daily operations while getting out into the community to build our brand.

- Help identify and coordinate client testimonial opportunities (written stories, Google Reviews, video)
- Support client follow-up and engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships and generate referrals

- Assist with content creation for social media, office signage, and marketing materials
- Help maintain a consistent, client-first brand presence across all touchpoints
- Strong background in customer service, marketing, or client/community relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — especially important for handling mail and check deposits
- Comfortable working independently and opening/managing an office solo
- Proactive and resourceful, with a genuine interest in community engagement and event coordination
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Arabic) are a plus
Someone who takes ownership of the office as if it were their own — reliable enough to open daily and handle sensitive tasks like check deposits, but also outgoing enough to represent our brand confidently in the community.
