Senior Manager, Business Partnerships

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused business leader to manage and grow a portfolio of key partner organizations within a dynamic media and content ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving business development, partnership growth, and adoption of innovative products and services. You will combine strong account management expertise with business acumen, helping partners maximize value while supporting organizational goals. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with an assigned portfolio of partner organizations, ensuring long-term engagement, satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product adoption, program distribution, and service utilization across partner networks.
  • Develop and deliver compelling strategic messaging related to content offerings, products, services, and organizational initiatives.
  • Achieve key business objectives related to revenue generation, product adoption, service growth, and partnership expansion.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support partner engagement initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and events to foster relationships and promote business opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze financial and operational information to support negotiations, pricing discussions, and onboarding activities.
  • Manage the preparation, execution, and delivery of business agreements while ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate partnership records, dashboards, reports, and presentations, providing insights and updates to leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content initiatives, workflow improvements, business projects, and strategic partnership programs.
  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies and strengthen partner relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex client accounts, strategic partnerships, business portfolios, or B2B relationships.
  • Proven success in relationship management, account development, business growth, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong ability to conduct frequent outreach, manage high volumes of partner interactions, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of media, broadcasting, content distribution, digital products, or related industries.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience supporting negotiations, contract management, and revenue-focused initiatives.
  • Advanced experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for documentation, reporting, and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
