In this high-energy sales role, you will be responsible for driving new business engagement by connecting with independent automotive repair shop owners across the United States. You will play a key role in generating attendance for educational events, webinars, and coaching programs designed to help shop owners grow profitability and operational performance. This position is ideal for a motivated communicator who thrives in outbound sales environments and enjoys building relationships over the phone. You will identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and clearly articulate the value of structured coaching programs that have delivered significant financial impact across the industry. Working closely with marketing and coaching teams, you will ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all outreach efforts. This is a performance-driven role where persistence, persuasion, and consultative communication directly contribute to business growth and customer success.
- Conduct outbound calls to independent automotive repair shop owners across the U.S. to generate interest in events, webinars, and coaching programs.
- Communicate program value propositions clearly and persuasively to drive attendance and engagement.
- Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers while securing commitments to attend scheduled events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach activity, lead status, and sales pipeline progression.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently, ensuring strong engagement and relationship-building throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with no-shows and warm leads to support ongoing conversion and national team outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to align messaging, improve outreach effectiveness, and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry or related environment.
- Strong phone-based communication skills with a persuasive, engaging, and confident delivery style.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfort using CRM platforms, digital communication tools, and performance tracking systems.
- Ability to quickly understand service offerings and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Strong resilience, persistence, and ability to handle objections in a professional manner.
