*Plan and implement an age-appropriate curriculum that provides all learning areas with a Christian emphasis.
*Provide an equal amount of time for teacher-directed and child-directed activities for the children.
*Sit at the mealtime table and interact with the children.
*Keep what happens in the classroom and center private and confidential.
*Discipline the children in a positive and loving way.
*Develop and maintain positive interactions with all children and all adults. Be committed to the Christian care and welfare of all the children within Grow in Peace.
*Provide and maintain a quiet and positive environment for learning, meals, and rest periods. Practice safe sleep procedures!
*Maintain daily sanitation of toys, floor, bathrooms, classrooms, and equipment.
*Attend staff meetings, parent/teacher conferences, and participate in functions, and workshops.
*Keep appropriate records for each child.
*Communicate with families in person and through the Procare App.
*Use the Procare App. for communication, pictures sharing, incident reports, notifications, and keeping informed.
*Work as a TEAM with all co-workers and deal with communications in a professional and adult manner.
