This remote role gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients by helping them access proactive, technology-enabled healthcare programs.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients referred to chronic care management and remote patient monitoring services.
You will educate patients about available programs, answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through a seamless enrollment experience.
The role combines high-volume patient communication, technology, attention to detail, and compassionate customer service.
You’ll work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure patients receive the support and resources they need.
Success requires empathy, resilience, strong organization, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while meeting enrollment goals.
The position is fully remote and offers training, professional development, and opportunities to grow within a healthcare-focused environment.

Accountabilities
  • Make outbound calls to referred patients and provide clear, engaging information about chronic care management and remote patient monitoring programs.
  • Explain program benefits, patient financial responsibilities, consent requirements, device shipment processes, and enrollment procedures.
  • Guide prospective patients through each stage of the enrollment process to ensure a complete, accurate, and positive experience.
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for patients with questions or concerns regarding pending enrollment.

  • Address questions and overcome objections with patience, confidence, and appropriate problem-solving skills.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems, portals, and workflows to accurately document patient information and enrollment activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all required enrollment information is entered correctly and promptly.
  • Work toward and consistently achieve monthly new-enrollee targets and other established performance metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to support successful patient enrollment.
  • Adapt to evolving processes, programs, and responsibilities as the organization and its services grow.
  • Perform additional duties and support enrollment initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound and/or outbound call center environment is required; candidates with less than five years of experience are welcome to apply.
  • Previous patient enrollment, healthcare customer service, medical sales, or similar experience is preferred.
  • Strong telephone communication skills and the ability to explain healthcare programs clearly to patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated poise, patience, empathy, and professionalism when communicating with patients and caregivers.
  • Ability to handle objections, identify patient concerns, and use sound judgment to resolve issues effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple active cases.
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment and consistently working toward individual and team performance goals.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and portals simultaneously.
  • Engaging, personable communication style with a genuine desire to build trust and connect with patients.
  • Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and openness to changing responsibilities, workflows, and priorities in a growing healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to delivering an empathetic, patient-first experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Benefits
  • Fully remote position within the United States.
  • Annual compensation range of $40,000–$45,000.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • Life insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • Career advancement and professional development opportunities.
