The Central Scheduling Team Leader is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

The Team Leader is under the direct supervision of the Director, will delegate daily tasks, mentor and train staff and be a resource to the department of Central Scheduling. The Team Leader will continue to schedule by collecting all patient demographic information and schedule accordingly. Maintains daily, weekly and monthly reports. Ensures that all potential and existing patients are dealt with in a caring and empathetic fashion while protecting the medical, financial and legal interests of the hospital.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Previous insurance background required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• 5 years’ experience in the field.
