The Operating Partner is the highest leadership role reporting directly to the Operator at Chick-fil-A Twelve Oaks. You are accountable for the total performance of the restaurant — food safety, food quality, hospitality, throughput, team development, and financial results. This role is designed for a proven operator who is preparing to pursue selection as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator or launch their own business.WHO THIS IS FORAn experienced multi-unit or high-volume restaurant leader with a kitchen foundation, a track record in food safety and food quality, and the drive to build, coach, and own the business. Requirements:
Provide hands-on operational support to ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently
Coach and develop team members to maintain quality service and a positive guest experience
Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all Chick-fil-A and local health standards
Oversee daily inventory controls, ordering, and waste reduction to protect margins
Support scheduling, staffing, and shift coverage to meet business needs and labor targets
Maintain restaurant readiness by ensuring equipment, supplies, and stations are organized and prepared
Resolve customer and team issues professionally to protect service standards and brand reputation
Track key performance metrics and take corrective action when results fall short
Follow cash handling procedures and support accurate register operations
Collaborate with managers and leadership to implement process improvements and training initiatives
Work a flexible full-time schedule that includes nights, weekends, and peak periods as needed
Uphold Chick-fil-A leadership expectations, including integrity, respect, and a service-first mindset
