Assistant Property Manager

What We Offer:
- Competitive pay - $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + commissions
- Aggressive renewal commissions up to $100 per renewal
- Annual performance reviews with the opportunity for raises

- Paid holidays & PTO (80 hrs 1st year, 120 hrs years 24, 160 hrs year 5+)

Your New Home Base:
What You'll Do:
- Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
- Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
- Build and maintain strong resident relationships
- Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
- Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
