Sales Representative in Franklin, Tennessee at Wash and Roll

Hello,
I am currently seeking a full time sales associate for my Franklin, TN Wash N Roll location. This is one of the top stores in our region and the rep at this location would make great money.
*** This location is extremely important to the company and a top notch rep can make great money.
***At this time some weekend availability is a must. It does not have to be every weekend, but Sundays are the biggest need and 2 per month would be reasonable to expect.

Must haves:
Reliable transportation
Good work ethic
Good People skills (the biggest part of this job is being able to accurately speak to people about different plans)
Ability to be outside in the heat or cold temps during your shifts. (Hoodies, Jackets, Beanies, and Shirts are all provided)
Ability to work some weekend days

Compensation:
$15 Hourly starting out + Commissions
Average daily commissions can be between ($100 - $300) extra per day.
On the weekends during a busy day, ($150 - $400) extra per day
Total hourly average with commissions added in: ( $28 - $46 ) per hour
