| Physical Requirements | Sitting for long periods of time. Occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 30 lbs. Occasionally walking long distances (campus-wide). |
| Shift | 20 hours per week. Flexible shifts between 8a – 5p |
| Job Summary | Provide administrative support to Institutional Equity and Equal Opportunity (IEEO) investigative team including sending communication and outreach at the direction of investigators, scheduling meetings and interviews. Additional resonsibilities include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and managing people. Requires diplomatic interaction with faculty, staff, students, executives, and the public with a full range of scheduled and unannounced equal opportunity inquiries. Prepare and author documents, type, and edit as requested. Assist with organization and electronic file management. |
