About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBI LITIES
Assists the VP of Operations and departmental Directors in implementation of projects that enable continuous improvement of CFHP's operations, financial performance and technology processes. Works across all levels of the organization to define goals, requirements and priorities for projects. Helps the business address changes to support the achievement of business objectives. Understands and defines business problems and opportunities to recommend appropriate solutions. Responsible for leading operational support through research, data collection and analysis of information to identify areas for improving productivity, cost savings, utilization management. Leads, manages and supervises certain program activities under the purview of the VP of Operations. Ensures that partnerships with stakeholders and vendors contribute to strengthening operational effectiveness. Acts as liaison between CFHP and regulatory agencies, as necessary. Works as part of small, synergistic, cross-functional teams.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of two (2) years professional experience in operations management, business systems analysis, and project management. Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience in working in small, agile teams is required. Experience presenting to senior staff, management and executives is required. Experience working with clinicians is preferred. Experience in an HMO or managed care setting is preferred. Project Management certification (PMP) is preferred. Experience with Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
