Job Description

Outside Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new leads through visiting & pitching, as well as cold calling.
  • Directly communicate with prospects to understand the customers’ needs and look for sales.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in target markets
  • Negotiate and close sales with new customers, while delivering excellent customer service and creating positive business relationships that enhance repeat business.
  • Responsible for maintaining an up-to-date pipeline, ensuring accurate logging of calls and updates
  • Must be willing to become a subject matter expert of our product category as well as understanding our competitors’ products, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive business development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management
  • Efficiently and confidently upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential customer information efficiently and professionally when creating new accounts and drafting sales contracts.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism in all interactions
  • Must have Driver License

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum three-years’ experience in a related sales position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and listening skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Active, reliable, self-motivated, flexible personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, MS Office (Excel and Word).

COMPENSATION:

  • Base Salary: The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 per year. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
  • Commission: This role features a commission plan, providing you with opportunities to increase your income through outstanding sales performance.
