Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Provide medication administration and monitor residents for any changes in health status

- Support residents in engaging in recreational and social activities

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress

- Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment

- Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred

- Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification

- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent required
