Trueline Brands is a national live entertainment brand helmed by Michael Grozier, co-founder of the House of Blues, that is focused on building multi-use music venues in ascending markets throughout the US. Our flagship location, Trueline Greenville, is a new music and entertainment venue in downtown Greenville featuring a 1,700 capacity state of the art concert hall, 400 capacity intimate performance room, member's club and more. The venue will be open daily and we will book national touring artists, local and regional bands, curated events and community celebrations.
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. This role goes beyond traditional scheduling and requires exceptional attention to detail, particularly in helping review pitch decks, contracts, and high-level email communication. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs in a fast paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Scheduling:- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and industry events.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records with a high level of discretion.
- Review, proofread, and ensure accuracy of contracts, agreements, and legal documents before CEO approval.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to track contract deadlines, deliverables, and obligations.
- Maintain a secure and organized system for contracts, venue agreements, and partnership documents.
- Assist in the composition and refinement of pitch decks, investor presentations, and sponsorship proposals.
- Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all presentation materials.
- Work with internal teams to gather data, visuals, and key information for high-impact decks.
- Prioritize, flag, and respond to urgent and high-level emails with discretion.
- Liaise with industry executives, partners, and artists' teams in a polished and professional manner.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO's national and international engagements.
- Ensure seamless logistics for VIP events, industry conferences, and key meetings.
- Occasionally provide on-site support at high-profile events and performances.
- 1-3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the music, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (Clickup, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing decks, contracts, and written communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A passion for live music, events, and the entertainment industry is a plus!
