WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and serve delicious açaí bowls and smoothies to OAKBERRY's quality and presentation standards
• Welcome every customer warmly and make their experience genuinely great
• Share your knowledge of our menu and the benefits of our ingredients
• Handle transactions accurately and keep the register running smoothly
• Support the team with inventory, vendor orders, and store setup
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running to brand standards throughout your shift
• Take ownership of your opening and closing duties

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Someone reliable and punctual who takes their commitments seriously
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication skills and a natural customer-first attitude
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift
• Passion for health, wellness, and quality food
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Food handler certification required before your first shift (state requirements vary)
• Must be 18 or older, or provide a valid work permit if under 18

YOUR SCHEDULE

One of the things our team loves most is knowing exactly when they work. You will be assigned a fixed weekly schedule with consistent shift times, so you can plan your life around a routine that works for you. Shifts are typically 5-8 hours and run across three windows. Exact times may vary by location and are subject to store needs. Weekend and holiday availability is part of the role. Please apply only if you can commit to a fixed weekly schedule.
