Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking contingent full time General Maintenance Worker I in Port Hueneme, CA.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic plumbing tasks like unclogging drains or fixing leaks.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas.

• Maintain outdoor areas by raking leaves, clearing walkways, or watering plants.

• Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools.

• Paint walls, doors, or trim as needed.

• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to supervisors.

• Assist with moving boxes, equipment, or furniture.

• Lock and unlock buildings and rooms as scheduled.

• Other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years of experience in a related tasking.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Seven (7) years’ experience in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Requires practical skill and knowledge, not proficiency. Basic computer literacy to process work orders or email/communicate electronically is preferred.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $23.40 - $24 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

• Requires walking, reaching, sitting and concentration in the presence of occasional noise

• Job may require bending, stooping, lifting, and will be in an environment of low and high temperatures.

• Ability to go up and down stairs and ladders.

• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 50 lbs. in weight.
