Regional Manager - Kentucky at Liberty Defense Group LLC – Richmond, Kentucky

Liberty Defense Group LLC, a veteran-owned leader in security, is seeking a Regional Manager for our Kentucky market. The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Manage staffing schedules in assigned region
• Collaborating with Human Resources team members on managing time and labor
• Familiarity with time and labor systems preferred
• Perform site check-ins
• Act as a liaison between client leadership and Liberty Defense Group
• Collaborate with Recruiting Manager on open requisitions and identifying talent within your assigned region
• Oversee on-site training
• Travel as needed determined but Vice President of Operations

Required Qualifications:

• Military, law enforcement, or security leadership experience
• Multi-unit experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Firearms experience
