As a Personal Support team member, you will support individuals in achieving their personal goals, maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, and integrating into the community. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing daily support and supervision aligned with individual implementation plans.
• Accurately documenting services provided and medications administered.
• Assisting with community-based activities and helping individuals gain independence.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.
• Supporting individuals with personal care, life skills, and adaptive/behavioral goals.
• Collaborating professionally with team members and external partners.
  

• Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 1 year of verifiable experience in a medical, psychiatric, child-care, or developmental disability setting OR equivalent vocational/college training (30 semester hrs / 45 quarter hrs / 720 classroom hrs).
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
  • Pass Level II Background Screening, Local Law Enforcement check, Drug Screening, and Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of person-centered models.
• Self-directed with strong teamwork abilities.
• Basic math, housekeeping, and excellent customer service skills.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
