SCOPE
ETRO is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and oversee all AR functions, with a primary focus on Wholesale while also managing Retail receivables. This role will be responsible for timely and accurate sales reconciliation, processing incoming payments, handling chargebacks, managing customer accounts, and building strong client relationships. A key objective will be to optimize cash flow through effective management of outstanding invoices and close monitoring of customer accounts. The ideal candidate should bring strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a proven record of improving AR processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Support sales team by assisting with key accounts
- Participate in the planning and execution of market appointments
- Collaborate with sales team on market preparation including model management, catering and calendar management
- Perform order entry and follow-up, including reviewing order confirmations
- Utilize Skypad to update weekly and seasonal selling recaps
- Create selling recaps to effectively analyze the business including trends and competitive market analysis
- Review digital accounts to assure brand standards, pricing and promotional activity is in line with ETRO standards
- Monitor shipping by ensuring purchase orders are up to date and key shipping windows are honored
- Proactively manage special orders, returns or swaps in partnership with sales team and finance/logistics
- Partner with sales team to support online and in-store marketing support
- Coordinate sample management for trunk shows, market and photoshoots
- EDI management
- Share trends and information on competition within the team
- Conduct local store visits, training and event support as needed
- Adhere to all company budgets, policies and procedures
Team Partnership
- Partner in driving best-in-class customer experiences across the business (physical and digital) with the goal of increasing sales and maintaining high customer engagement
- Participate in driving change across the organization to continually improve the customer experience
- Perform to timelines, resources, scope of projects and make decisions in partnership with a cross-functional team for a wide range of multifaceted projects
- Coordinate and execute events in partnership with the Director of Client Experience
- Partner with the sales team in the scheduling, budgeting, internal and external communications, planning, execution, production, breakdown, wrap up, and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Communications, Marketing, Creative, Finance and brand partners at both specialty accounts and major department stores
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Wholesale, Sales or Retail
- Experience in the luxury sector and knowledge of industry-specific dynamics

The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on applicable qualifications and experience.
